The terms you buy on.
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. The seller is Red Earth Distributions Pty Ltd, the Australian distributor of Sabre Optics.
1. Who you are buying from
Orders placed on this website are contracts with Red Earth Distributions Pty Ltd, 27 Efficient Drive, Truganina VIC 3029. Sabre Optics is the brand; Red Earth is the seller, takes your payment, ships your order and supports it.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full when you place the order, through our payment processor. We do not add a surcharge for paying by card. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, in which case you can cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders and availability
An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund it or, if you prefer, hold the order until stock arrives.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Australia only. Costs and timeframes are set out on the shipping and delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Our change of mind and faulty goods terms are set out on the returns and refunds page and form part of these terms.
6. Warranty
Sabre products carry the Sabre lifetime warranty, given in Australia by Red Earth. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Using the products
Optics and mounts must be fitted and used as the instructions describe. You are responsible for complying with the firearms laws of your state or territory, for fitting the product to a suitable firearm, and for confirming zero before relying on it. Ballistic and hold-over figures on this website are Sabre's design values for the stated load; your rifle and ammunition will differ.
8. Product information
We take care that specifications, images and descriptions are accurate. Sabre may revise a product without notice; where a change matters to your order we will tell you before dispatch. Some images on this website are illustrative.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to repairing or replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Your rights under Australian law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
