Change of mind

If an item is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided it is:

• unused and unmounted, with no ring marks, tool marks or scratches;
• in its original packaging with all accessories, covers, tools and paperwork;
• accompanied by your order number.

Return freight for a change of mind is at your cost, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service; the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a prepaid return label and, at your choice where the law provides for it, repair the item, replace it or refund you in full including delivery.

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with a return authorisation and the return address, usually within one business day.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box and send it back.
4. We inspect it when it arrives and process your refund or replacement within five business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. Your bank may take a few further days to show the credit.

Returns and the warranty are different things

The 30 day return is for a product you have not used. A fault that shows up later is covered by the Sabre lifetime warranty, which lasts as long as you own the product (five years on electronics). If you bought from a dealer, returns are handled by that dealer under their own policy.
