What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $500 or more and a flat $15 on anything under, wherever you are in Australia. The price you see at checkout includes GST and there are no surcharges for card payments.

How long it takes

In-stock orders placed before 1 pm Melbourne time on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Transit times from our Victorian warehouse are a guide, not a guarantee:

Tracking your order

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is booked with the carrier. If tracking has not moved for three business days, tell us and we will chase it.

Signature and safe drop

Riflescopes, red dots and rangefinders are sent signature on delivery. Rings and mounts may be left in a safe place if nobody is home, unless you ask us in the order notes to require a signature.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia only. We cannot ship overseas, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse, so please check the address at checkout.

If something arrives damaged or goes missing

Keep the packaging, take a photo of the damage and email us within seven days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item and deal with the carrier ourselves. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit we send a replacement or refund you in full.

What we sell here

This store sells optics and mounting hardware only: riflescopes, red dot sights, rings, mounts and rangefinders. None of these items requires a firearms licence to buy or receive in Australia.
